Rahman was allegedly pulled over for an active domestic assault warrant. As he exited his vehicle, he held onto his phone with the camera recording and refused to drop it when instructed to do so by police officers.
Numerous times he is told to drop the phone and numerous times he refused to comply. So what happened next was completely on him!
