SEPTA subway in University City has suspended services after a man died on the tracks following an altercation, which was caught on video.
In the footage, two men can be seen arguing in the underground station on Thursday afternoon.
The bigger man appears to be bullying the smaller man with his back against the wall, and acts like he is going to strike him multiple times. When the smaller man fights back, the bigger man falls onto the tracks in front of an oncoming train.
Was this a homicide or an act of self defense? Decide for yourself:

According to authorities, the train was unable to stop so the man was hit and killed. Medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
It looks like the bigger guy was gripping up the smaller guy. Then the smaller guy took two swings and the bigger guy fell back.
I think it's a stretch to say he was "thrown".

Fox 29 reports, “Police are reporting no one is in custody and an investigation is ongoing. SEPTA suspended service on the Market-Frankford Line between 30th and 40th Street Stations due to the police activity, and shuttle buses were operating between the two stations.”
That wasn’t murder. The white dude raised his hand several times like he was going to strike the smaller black dude. This isn’t racial to the displeasure of many of you responding. The bigger guy had the smaller man pinned against a column.

SELF DEFENSE and an ACCIDENT to which the Bully initiated it
Who knows who started it, who really is the bully? But the people there filming it: They know
I’d like to know what happened seconds BEFORE this video starts. THAT would definitely affect my decision one way or another.
