VIDEO: Bully Attacks Blind Kid – Gets What He Deserves

In a video making rounds on Twitter, a bully can be seen roughing up a blind student at school. Clearly not a fair fight in the slightest.

However, out of left field, the blind kid’s brother suddenly appears and knocks the bully out flat before letting him have it for ‘jumping a blind kid.’

Goal Cast reports:

It was lunchtime at Huntington Beach High School when footage captured a visually impaired child being bullied and assaulted by another student.

Fellow classmate Grant Morels gave KCAL9 saw it all unfold.

“I saw like a half-circle around a group of kids and I wanted to see what was up. I see this kid like getting wailed on by another kid.” – Grant Morels, Huntington Beach High School student.

Suddenly, Grant’s step-brother Cody swooped in and knocked the bully down with a single punch. He then hovered above him asking why he was ‘jumping a blind kid.’

Shortly afterwards, police arrived and arrested the bully for misdemeanour battery and released him to his parents.

Meanwhile, the student who intervened was free to go, but wasn’t off the hook. Despite the footage and witnesses, the school said it would still investigate Cody’s actions, citing their ‘zero-tolerance’ policy on violence.

“The school is now responding to this isolated incident by interviewing students and witnesses to determine exactly what happened,” the district said in its statement.

As a mother of two young boys, I hope my sons would respond the same way to someone bullying their brother (or anyone else for that matter.) Give that bully a taste of his own medicine!

  • Good going Cody, the school beter not press charges against him. Who did the school think was going to rescue this kid from further damages from this beating, someone had to act. Is this a new sport now, watching someone getting beat up?

  • If that school punishes Cody in ANY way, there should be one hell of a law suit on their horizon. If he is not allowed to defend his blind brother, then the school is responsible for protecting the blind brother from these kinds of attacks. They failed and Cody should be applauded for his actions.

  • Where was the “zero tolerance” when Grant was attacked by that punk? It seems to me that the anti-bullying campaigns in government schools are geared towards protecting lgbt students, but not students with disabilities. They’re often told to “get used to it” and the bullying of them goes unabated.

  • Punish anything manly. School’s are insane. I’m positive most people have no idea how bad American schools are today. Kids get the constant drumbeat of disordered feminists, girls, be men, only better men than the men you see around you. Boys, be girls, flounce around in tutus and get into girly squabbles. Be useless as t—s on a bull.
To act like a man, heroic, is to displease those who know better. Public and now even most private schools are a hot mess.

  • This was not bullying, this is viscous. And only specific groups, are allowed to be bullied under the new definition. That means the alphabet people. If you don’t agree with there lifestyle, that is the new bullying. As usual the left has redefined bullying and just like “Racism” has no meaning anymore. That is why this is being “Investigated”. They are probably hoping the thug here was gay and will call it a hate crime towards him.
