I’d say that’s a win-win for society.

According to reports, Jayson Magnum reportedly tried to break into the Sandra Tracy’s home around 2 p.m, in broad daylight! He must have been as brave as he was dumb.

Tracy was home alone when Magnum attempted to enter her house. She screamed at him and told him to stop, but he ignored her pleas. So she took the next step and fired a warning shot with her gun. Again, he ignored her pleas to stop and began trying to take her firearm. It was then that the woman fired numerous rounds.

Upon opening fire, the sex offender was struck by at least one bullet and attempted to flee. However, he did not make it far, and died in her driveway.

As Arizona Daily Star reports:

She told deputies she grabbed a gun and fired a warning shot through the window hoping it would scare the intruder away, according to an initial news release from the department.

She fired a second time, striking Magrum.

Responding deputies tried to revive Magrum, but he died at the scene.

Magrum listed a residence in the same block of West Pyle Road where the alleged attempted break-in occurred, records shows.

The Pima County Sheriff’s Department stated, “The female armed herself with a handgun and fired a shot out of a window to attempt to scare the male away.”

  • God, he Met HIM and then went to live with his demonic god, just as he chose. He knew the difference, but he chose evil so he reaped it

  • I find it very interesting that he lived on the same block as the victim. Could this be a boyfriend/girlfriend situation gone bad? And, did I miss the info on him being a convicted sex offender?

    • Happy Warrior: Could be, or could the late criminal just not have had the desire, or a car available, to drive very far for his very last victim? I guess we’ll never really know how he chose the house he decided to attack, how a “possibly former boyfriend” wouldn’t realize she was armed and try to take her weapon; I’m just relieved she was able to defend herself (after a warning shot).

      • I wonder if he was so drunk or stoned that he got the wrong house, thinking it was his. Who knows. Any way you look at it, one bad guy down!

    • i agree with you, because due to the cost of ammunition, it’s a waste of money to fire a warning shot

    • Rebel: How do you know whether he was a registered-communist moron (Democrat), an independent moron, or a non-voting moron?

  • Dangerous to fire a warming shot and give the perp more time, and that warning shot can hit a neighbor. Center mass people.

  • Justice served! She saved the taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars by doing him in. This is how you handle sex offenders and thieves. Good job!

  • Look at all the money he saved the tax payers. Will anyone help her out and replace the rounds she use on him? I hope LEO did not take her gun, it was used legally.
