The alphabet soup community isn’t going to like this one!
Indiana is waging war on the LGBTQ community after filing a bill to not only end ALL recognition of transgenders, but also abolish gay marriage.
The new legislation reads that “only a female may marry a male” and “only a male may marry a female.”
Sounds like they took a few notes from the Bible!
Bill 1291 adds, “a marriage between persons of the same biological sex is void in Indiana even if the marriage is lawful in the place where it is solemnized.”
So regardless of where they were married, if this goes through, that marriage will not be recognized in the state of Indiana.
Indiana has filed a bill to end ALL recognition of transgender people. It is one of several states to do so, perfectly mirroring Russia's 2020 law and Hungary's 2023.

The bill is authored by Rep. Chris Judy, and co-authored by Rep. Joanna King, Rep. Michelle Davis, and Rep. Robert Morris.

They arent a Race as they are a Culture of corrupt DNA thinking and indoctrination that they are entitled. They are what used to be the 3% forcing their lust and reprbateness on the rest of us due to entitlement but why?. They make choices just as we do. Do people bail us out because we are White, or Christians or are men and women who know their DNA or know their God? Pictures are better than a thousand words. Anyone who watches this video and doesn’t see that our so called “leader” of our country should be in a nursing home or kept under medical/Alzheimer’s care. What this non sense that a person who identifies as a LBGTQ seems to have no “rights”? The Constitution covers every person including LGBTQ-XYZ rights. Marriage is not a right its a choice. LGBTQ Its not a civil right violation neither. For example, when a black person wakes up they are black and cannot change that fact. Gay people can change there “sexual” preference or their would be no such thing as a bi-sexual in their alphabet title. Many studies have been done and found no DNA gay gene. In the State of NJ the LGBTQ had “domestic partnerships” which gave them the same commodities as a marriage between a man & woman with out changing the sociological fabric of marriage and family. What the Constitution does not cover is catering to “special groups” that violate everyone else rights. Which is what is happening now.

The proposed bill should be written more carefully to exclude interpretations of marriage that include more than two persons and to exclude already married persons.
