The Republican Party of Harris County, Texas, including Houston – a city with significant Democrat influence – took to social media platform X last Thursday. They were unapologetic in their declaration that Vice President Kamala Harris was ‘not welcome’ in the namesake county.
Cindy Siegel, Chairman of Harris County’s Republican Party, echoed this sentiment when she remarked, ‘Kamala Harris coming to Texas to speak at a teachers’ union event with no plans to visit the border is exactly what I would expect from her; it’s another example of her indifference to the real issues Texans are facing.’

According to GOP officials in Harris County, Vice President Harris has not visited Texas for the past three years. Instead of addressing serious concerns at the border on this particular Thursday, she opted for delivering a speech at an American Federation of Teachers annual convention held in Houston.
Despite former President Donald Trump securing victory in Texas during the 2020 elections, Houston remains largely unchallenged by Republicans. However, Cindy Siegel astutely seized this opportunity to highlight VP Harris’s blatant shortcomings.
It is clear our vice president struggles with border issues and authenticity. Thankfully for conservatives across America, we have alert guardians like those within the GOP who persistently remind voters about these crucial matters. We trust their message will reverberate far and wide.
a blue, corrupt city like Houston, not liking the cackling chicken? That is fo sho a lie
For sure the teachers union think she is the hope and savior She is visiting them because they gave her part of the $80 million campaign donations, which was tax money from the recent infrastructure bill that went no where near any infrastructure.
