Even with a known threat looming, the Secret Service allowed President Donald Trump to take the stage in Pennsylvania. This shocking information was revealed during today’s Senate briefing.
Senator Marsha Blackburn expressed her shock and disappointment, stating, “I was appalled to learn the Secret Service knew about a threat prior to President Trump walking on stage.”
Her lack of confidence in Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle is evident as she suggests it would benefit our nation if Cheatle were to resign from her position.
JUST IN: Secret Service was aware of the potential threat 10 minutes before Donald Trump took the stage in Pennsylvania but let him go out anyway.

It’s truly shocking that a United States president faced an assassination attempt and yet not a single individual has been held accountable. No one has been fired or felt compelled to resign over such a glaring failure.
Secret Service needs to be fully investigated for this. I feel we won’t have a true investigation until after President Trump is sworn in January.
SS should’ve shielded Trump immediately after finding out about the threat.
