President Joe Biden seems to think he actually has a chance of winning a re-election in 2024, and his campaign has announced what his top priority will be on day 1 of his second term.
Bold of him to think that, despite polling as the least popular president in modern history, he has a chance of re-election.
On Sunday, Biden deputy campaign manager Quentin Folks appeared on NBC’s Meet the Press and declared that Biden will prioritize abortion and restoring Roe v. Wade on the first day of his second term. He is referring to June 2022 when the Supreme Court overturning Roe v. Wade, a 1973 decision that had invented the Constitutional “right” to abortion.

“You talk about democracy being on the ballot. Some top Democratic lawmakers say, ‘Okay, good to be focused on former President Trump, but you’ve got to talk about what a second Biden agenda would look like.’ What would on day one President Biden’s top priority be?” asked NBC’s Kristen Welker.
“Well, look, the president announced this campaign with the moniker of ‘Finish the job, and protecting freedom and democracy.’ So when we talk about that, let’s look at it. First of all, Roe,” Fulks replied. “The president has been adamant that we need to restore Roe. It is unfathomable that women today wake up in a country with less rights than their ancestors had years ago.”
He added that Biden will also prioritize “banning assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.”

Nowhere in The Constitution is there, was there, nor has there ever been any language about any alleged, perceived or promised right to abortion.
Roe v Wade was overturned simply because it was a legal case based on a lie that Norma McCorvey told about being raped. She was never raped and, in fact, recanted her statement later in life. Irregardless of that lie and her case, Roe v Wade had absolutely nothing to do with The United States Constitution and therefore guarantees no such rights, liberties or freedoms in aborting unborn babies. The Supreme Court made the right and legal decision to put this ball back into the court where it belongs: each individual state It is up to state legislatures to decide on whether or not abortions are legal and should be a protected right of the individual residing in the state, and to include the circumstances and details of qualifying factors in receiving legal abortions. It has nothing to do with, nor should it, The Constitution. That’s why people (Libtards) are losing their minds. They actually believe it’s base on a case with standing, but it’s not.
