As if we needed another reason to show for President Joe Biden’s extreme mental decline, he was videoed about to kiss another woman in a room full of people.
Upon watching the video, he appears to have thought that the blonde woman was his wife….but then Jill Biden walks up and quickly pulls Joe away, stopping him from smacking on the woman.
