In the video below, a Texas father showed up to pick up his son from his ex-wife. However, upon arrival, the father learned that his son was NOT there and he was clearly upset about….and rightly so.
While letting his ex-wife know that he had the police on the way and that he would take matters to court if she attempted to keep their son from him, her boyfriend went into the house and came back out with a rifle.
When he comes out with the rifle, the father was immediately enraged and got into the guy’s face. It was then that the boyfriend shot and killed the unarmed father.
The shooting was deemed justified as self defense in court, but it was COMPLETELY unnecessary if you ask me.

Daily Mail reported:
A Texas man who shot dead his girlfriend’s ex-husband as the men argued over child custody will not face criminal charges because the shooting was in self-defense, the Texas Attorney General has announced.
William ‘Kyle’ Carruth, 39, opened fire on Chad Read, 54, after the two squared up to each other and wrestled over a gun in Lubbock on November 5.
A special grand jury found Carruth will not be charged because the argument was on his property and the shooting was in self-defense, Attorney General Ken Paxton said on Thursday.
Many of the commenters on the Instagram video agreed that it was overkill. One user wrote, “That was straight up murder.”
Another said, “It will be considered justified, but it was certainly unnecessary.”
Yet another declared, “This is not protecting yourself. This man didn’t have a gun. This is murder.”
However, others believe that it was justified. As one person replied, “Totally justified.
This happened in Texas where the home owner has the right to defend his property in any way. He instructed the deceased to leave and that was enough warning needed in Texas. Further, the deceased stated I will take your firearm and use it against you.
And also the deceased made a move for the firearm in attempts to take it and that makes this all the way justified on the state of Texas. – there was a warning to leave, there was a refusal to leave there was a move made to disarm the home owner.
Hence, justified in TEXAS.”
What do you think?
I think the Court sued, the Police sucked and the whole of this should cause the child to be taken from his mother, not allowed or forced to live with the man who killed his father and a number of Fathers should walk the Boyfriend Home ^5
IT’S MURDER, IT’S THAT SIMPLE. TO KILL AN UNARMED MAN TRYING TO PICK UP HIS SON. I DON’T KNOW WHAT SATE THAT WAS IN BUT MY GUESS IS THAT IT’S A WOKE DUMOCRAPIC STATE

This is an old, old article.
NOT justified.
Instead of going into the house to get a gun, he should’ve gone in to call the police. In fact both the mother and boyfriend should’ve remained in the house. The father should’ve contacted the police and the Court informing them that his son was not available for custody transition. The father has and had every right to expect his child to be available to be picked up. Why wasn’t he?
typical pos cunt set up her ex to be assassinated by her new lover. She pushed his buttons.
