Welcome to the clown show! President Joe Biden is a glorified nursing home patient, and everyone knows it!
On Friday, he visited several small businesses in Pennsylvania in an attempt to stress the value of small businesses and talk up his economic record.
During the trip, he stopped at South Mountain Cycle bicycle shop, on Main Street in Emmaus, where he appeared to be shaking hands with employees.
The bike store owner was in the middle of speaking to Biden when he had to put his hand out and physically stop the president from walking towards a woman, who he then called over to him.
No one even batted an eye, and Biden looked completely spaced out of his mind.

As someone pointed out, it looks like he was trying to get to the blonde woman at the end of the clip, with a crazed look in his eye, but was held back by the store owner.
We can only assume that he wanted to sniff her, like he’s done with so many other women.
