Disturbing surveillance footage shows the moment a 14-year-old boy in Philadelphia pulled out a gun and SMOKED a robber who was attempting to ransack the cash register at his family’s pizzeria.
The incident, which took place in 2021, is going viral on Twitter for the moment the young boy stood his ground in the face of danger.
As Daily Mail reports:
According to the police, the 33-year-old suspect walked into the pizza shop just minutes after taking part in another robbery targeting a CVS pharmacy a block away.
Video recorded by a surveillance camera inside Bold Pizza shows the masked bandit standing at the counter, then reaching over when a clerk opens the cash register.
The pizzeria employee puts up a fight and a struggle ensues, with the robber pulling the cash register toward him to get his hands on the money inside.
At that moment, the owner’s 14-year-old son, who could be seen standing behind the counter, reaches for a gun, momentarily fumbles with it, then aims it at the intruder and pulls the trigger, striking him at least once in the face at a close range.
Police said the wounded robber fled the scene on foot, leaving a trail of blood behind him.
I’m surprised he was even able to flee after being shot in the face like that!

The consensus of replies agree that the thug got what he deserved. What do you think?
A thug like this, deserves what the 14 year-old son of the pizza shop owner did… pic.twitter.com/l36oIgPXTs

The thug got what he deserved, I hope the shot was fatal so money isn’t wasted on him!!!!!!!!!!
IF I was a yankee, I would buy a pizza there every week, until I died. That 14 year old is more a man than most “grown ups”.
I hope the perp was an organ donor after he assumed room temperature. Congrats to the 14 y/o!
Good job young man.
